Wroven

For RV dealers

Built with dealers, not just for them.

Wroven is early, and that’s the point. A founding cohort of dealerships is deciding which entities, which DMS features, and which workflows ship first. Your entities, your DMS, and your workflows go to the front of the line, and there’s nothing to commit to today.

A fair trade, in writing

Design partnership isn’t a free trial. It’s a working relationship with obligations on both sides.

What you get

  • Ground-floor influence: your warranty entities, your DMS, and your workflows go to the front of the queue
  • Early access to the platform as it ships, shaped by what you run every day
  • A standing line to the people building it, not a support ticket portal

What we ask

  • You run warranty at an RV dealership: admin, service manager, or fixed-ops leadership
  • Real claim volume to run through the platform and honest feedback on what breaks
  • A short call every few weeks while we shape the product together

What the ground floor means

You shape it, and there’s nothing to commit to today.

Pricing is being set with the founding cohort, and partners help shape it. We’d rather earn it alongside real dealerships than publish numbers we’d have to walk back.

Your entities go first

The dozen-plus warranty entities on your units set the build order. The ones you fight most get covered soonest.

Your DMS gets prioritized

IDS Astra is first, Lightspeed is next. What founding dealers run moves up the queue.

Your workflows shape the product

How your team actually files, tracks, and reconciles becomes how the platform works. You decide it, you don’t inherit it.

Fair questions

What does it cost to join?

Nothing to commit to today. Pricing is being set with the founding cohort, and partners help shape it. We’d rather earn pricing alongside real dealerships than publish numbers we’d have to walk back.

Which DMS do you support?

IDS Astra is first, Lightspeed is next. If you run something else, tell us. DMS coverage is one of the things founding dealers get to prioritize.

Does anything go out without approval?

No. Wroven drafts and prepares everything; submissions go out on your approval, and every action is logged in the claim timeline. You keep the judgment.

How long does onboarding take?

It depends on your DMS and warranty entity mix: connecting the DMS sync is fast; entity coverage rolls out per entity. We’ll give you an honest picture on the first call.

The cohort is small on purpose.

Tell us your dealership, your DMS, and roughly how many claims you file a month, and we’ll take it from there.
